7 Brew Could Be Adding 9 New East Valley Locations

If it feels like 7 Brew is popping up everywhere, there could be a lot more coming.

I previously shared that 7 Brew was looking to take over six former Salad and Go locations in Gilbert and Mesa, but the actual number is eight. And when you add in locations that were already planned, Gilbert and East Mesa could potentially have nine 7 Brew projects in the pipeline.

Gilbert: 4 Potential Locations

Three former Salad and Go locations are part of the proposed acquisition:

• 910 S Cooper Rd

• 1660 E Pecos Rd

• 7480 S Power Rd

Plus, a separate 7 Brew is already planned at Baseline & Gilbert Rd in the Fry’s shopping center.

East Mesa: 5 Potential Locations

The proposed Salad and Go acquisition also includes:

• 10031 E Southern Ave

• 251 S Power Rd

• 2814 S Signal Butte Rd

And two East Mesa locations were already in the works:

• 5207 S Power Rd, replacing the former Jack in the Box near Power & Ray

• Destination at Gateway, near Signal Butte & SR-24

That means East Mesa alone could potentially end up with five separate 7 Brew projects.

One important note: the acquisition of the former Salad and Go locations is not final yet. The bankruptcy deal still requires court approval, currently scheduled for September 21, with objections due September 17.

But if it goes through, 7 Brew is about to have a MUCH bigger East Valley presence than I originally thought.
