If you live around Gilbert or East Mesa, there’s a little stretch of Power Road that might be worth adding to your fall calendar.

Neon Moon Collective AZ is putting together three different recurring market experiences between American Furniture Warehouse in Gilbert and Revel Surf just across the way in Mesa.

What caught my attention is that these aren’t three versions of essentially the same farmers market.

They’re pretty different.

One is built more around Saturday mornings and local vendors.

One turns into a country-themed night market with line dancing.

And the other happens along the boardwalk at Revel Surf with the surf lagoon sitting in the background.

So I went through the schedules and pulled everything into one place.

Here’s what’s currently planned.

Neon Moon Market at American Furniture Warehouse

Where: American Furniture Warehouse
4700 S Power Road, Gilbert, AZ 85296

Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Season: October 2026 through April 2027 on select Saturdays

The regular Neon Moon Market starts Saturday, October 3 and takes over part of the American Furniture Warehouse property on Power Road.

Yes, the furniture store.

It’s an outdoor local market with space for small businesses, food and drink vendors and other specialty vendors. Neon Moon says it intentionally limits the number of businesses in the same category, which should hopefully keep the market from feeling like 17 booths selling basically the same thing.

And there are a few themed Saturdays mixed into the schedule.

Those dates are coming directly from Neon Moon Collective’s current 2026–27 vendor calendar.

One thing worth pointing out: this is not literally every Saturday of the season.

There are some weekends without a market, so I’d check the schedule before just showing up.

After the holidays, the market picks back up January 2 and currently has dates scheduled through April 24, 2027.

Boots Under the Moon

This might be the one I’m most curious to see in person.

Where: American Furniture Warehouse
4700 S Power Road, Gilbert

When: Second Saturday of the month

Time: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Boots Under the Moon takes the same basic market location and turns it into a nighttime country event.

Neon Moon’s official event signup specifically describes it as “Boots Under the Moon - Line Dancing.”

So this isn't just the morning market staying open later.

It's designed as its own night market.

The currently published schedule is:

• April 10, 2027

And there’s an interesting little detail here.

Those dates also overlap with the regular daytime Neon Moon Market.

The daytime market runs from 9 AM to 1 PM, then the nighttime market runs from 5 PM to 9 PM. Neon Moon actually has a “Stay & Play” program for vendors who want to participate in both.

So on those second Saturdays, that parking lot basically gets two completely different personalities in the same day.

Morning market with the family.

Go home for a few hours.

Then come back at night for the country version.

I like that idea a lot more than simply trying to stretch one market from morning until nighttime.

Neon Moon After Dark at Revel Surf

Then you go basically across this same Power Road pocket and get something completely different.

When: Third Friday of the month through December

Time: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Neon Moon After Dark takes place along the boardwalk at Revel Surf.

And the setting is probably what makes this one stand apart.

Instead of walking through a parking-lot market, you have the vendors set up around Revel Surf with the surf lagoon, beach environment and sunset behind everything.

Visit Mesa currently describes the event as having local vendors, food and drinks, live music and classic cars. It's also listed as free admission, free parking, family friendly and pet friendly.

The September event already happened, so the remaining 2026 dates currently published are:

• November 20

• December 18

All three run from 5 PM to 10 PM.

For me, this is probably the one that feels the least like a normal local market.

Revel Surf already has such a strange-for-Arizona backdrop that putting a night market around the boardwalk makes a lot of sense.

I could see this being one you do with the kids, but also one that works perfectly well as a casual Friday night date.

So which one should you go to?

That probably depends more on what kind of day you're trying to have.

If you want something easy on a Saturday morning, start with the regular Neon Moon Market.

If you want country music and line dancing at night, look at the second Saturday Boots Under the Moon dates.

And if you want the coolest setting of the three, I’d probably start with one of the Friday nights at Revel Surf.

The part I really like is the recurring schedule.

One-off events around the East Valley are easy to miss. You see somebody's Instagram Story Sunday morning and realize there was apparently a great event twelve hours earlier.

These give you multiple chances.

And putting all three within essentially the same Power Road corridor between Gilbert and East Mesa is interesting too. That area already has Revel Surf, restaurants, shopping and a lot more happening around it than people realize.

Now it has another reason to keep coming back once the weather starts cooperating.
