One of the newest, most exclusive communities is officially underway: 33 North by Woodside Homes. I’ve been keeping an eye on this one for a while now, and I’m excited to finally share some updates!

As a local real estate agent (and proud Gilbert resident), I love seeing communities like this pop up. 33 North isn’t just another cookie-cutter neighborhood. It’s small, private, gated, and it’s being built with some serious thoughtfulness.

33 North is tucked away just north of Lindsay and Elliot Roads, right across from Freestone Park — one of the best parks we have here in Gilbert.

They’re offering both single-story and two-story floor plans ranging from around 3,000 to over 4,300 square feet.
