Heads Up, Mesa...Luna Grill Is Coming to Town
Heads Up, Mesa—Luna Grill Is Coming to Town
Big news for food lovers in the East Valley: Luna Grill is officially planting roots in Arizona—and their very first location is headed straight for southeast Mesa, at the corner of Ellsworth and Ray. The doors are set to open later this year, and yes...it’s worth getting excited about.
So, what’s Luna Grill all about?
Born in San Diego back in 2004, Luna Grill has built a strong fanbase across California and Texas by doing something pretty simple (but hard to find): serving fast food that doesn’t feel like fast food. Think Mediterranean meals made from scratch, using real ingredients, with flavors that actually hit.
They’ve got nearly 50 locations already, and now, it’s Arizona’s turn.
What’s on the Menu?
Luna Grill is known for bold, flame-grilled dishes you can customize...whether you're a meat-lover, vegetarian, or somewhere in between. Crowd favorites include:
-
Garlic Bonfire Shrimp Plate
-
Bistro Beef Kabob
-
Modern Greek Bowl
Plus, they’ve got a solid lineup of gluten-free, vegan, and low-carb options. So if you're trying to eat cleaner (or just want something satisfying without the regret), Luna might be your new go-to.
Why People Love It
Luna’s tagline is “Real Food Crafted With Care,” and they actually back it up. You’ll find:
-
Cage-free, antibiotic-free chicken
-
Grass-fed beef
-
Sustainably-sourced salmon
-
Non-GMO oils
Basically, this is the kind of place where you can grab a quick lunch or dinner without that fast-food guilt.
More to Come?
Right now, southeast Mesa is the only confirmed Arizona spot—but word on the street says we might see locations pop up in Avondale and North Phoenix soon. So if this launch goes well, Luna Grill might be expanding all over the Valley.
Final Thoughts (and a Question for You)
I haven’t tried Luna Grill yet, so I’ll be checking it out for the first time when they open. But I’m curious—have you been to one in California or Texas? What should be the must-try dish?
And if this place is totally new to you… do you think the East Valley is ready for more fast-casual, healthy Mediterranean spots?
Drop your thoughts in the comments or DM me...we’ll be watching that Ellsworth and Ray corner closely. Something tasty is coming, and it might just be your new favorite lunch spot.
