Led by “Lacho” Hernandez, who worked under Chris Bianco for nearly two decades at Pizzeria Bianco.

Uses high-quality ingredients, including a 12-year aged balsamic from Modena, Italy.

Yo Pauly’s New York Pizza Co. (Chandler — Ray & McClintock)

Opened in January.

Originally based in Scottsdale with a strong local following.
