Vistara in Chandler, AZ: What We Know So Far About This New Luxury Community
A new boutique luxury home community called Vistara is starting to take shape in South Chandler near Lindsay and Riggs… and based on what’s already visible, this looks very different from the typical Arizona production neighborhood.
Vistara is being built by K. Hovnanian and is expected to feature just three floorplans with homes reaching up to roughly 4,000 square feet. The community is targeting buyers looking for larger single-level homes, modern architecture, and a more elevated neighborhood feel.
The design style immediately stands out.
The homes feature steep rooflines, white brick exteriors, darker trim packages, oversized garages, and a modern farmhouse-inspired look that feels much closer to semi-custom construction than standard suburban product.
Current plans mention:
• Up to 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms
• 3-car garages
• Three interior design collections: Loft, Farmhouse, and Classic
• Community playground and gathering areas
• Easy access to Loop 101 and Loop 202
Based on nearby luxury new construction pricing in Chandler, many expect these homes to likely start around the low $1 millions and climb higher depending on lot size, upgrades, and layout selections.
What makes this location interesting is the pocket itself.
The southeast Chandler area near the Gilbert border has quietly become one of the strongest move-up luxury markets in the East Valley. Buyers are looking for newer homes, larger lots, cleaner architecture, and better long-term neighborhood feel… without jumping all the way into Scottsdale pricing.
The mountain views in this area are also better than many people realize, especially from certain lots and elevations.
If the finished product ends up looking close to the early drone shots and architectural style already visible, Vistara could easily become one of the more talked-about boutique luxury communities in Chandler over the next couple years.
