What’s Going On at the Olive Mill Right Now (Late March–May)

If you haven’t been out to the Olive Mill in a while… this is kind of the time it starts to feel a little different.
Not in a huge, flashy way… just more going on.
More events, more people sticking around, more reasons to actually go there instead of just stopping by once and leaving.
Here’s what’s coming up from now through May… and what I’d actually pay attention to.
Late March
Paint & Sip – March 18
This is one of those things people either love or completely overlook.
It’s pretty simple… you sit outside, have a drink, paint something, and hang out.
Nothing crazy… but it works.
If you’re trying to do something a little different for a night without overthinking it… this is an easy option.
Only thing… these usually fill up quicker than you’d expect.
April
April is probably the best stretch if you’re trying to actually plan something… not just “figure it out when you get there.”
Tavolo Dinner – April 1
This is more of a legit dinner setup.
Smaller group, multiple courses, more of a sit-down experience.
Not something you just show up for… you’re planning your night around it.
Pizza Date Night – April 8
This one’s actually solid.
You make your own pizza, they walk you through it, and it turns into a full dinner.
It’s interactive… but not in a forced or awkward way.
Good for a date night… or even just something different if you’re tired of going to the same spots.
Paint & Sip – April 15
Same idea as March.
At this point it’s less about painting… more about just having something to do while you’re there.
Live Music (Weekends)
This is probably the part people miss the most.
They go in the middle of the day… it’s quiet… and they’re like “that’s it?”
But weekends… especially later in the day… it’s a completely different feel.
Live music, people hanging out longer, more of an actual vibe.
May
This is when it gets a little busier and more social.
Sangria Social – May 9
This is one of their bigger events.
You’re not sitting down the whole time… it’s more walking around, drinks, food, music.
If you’re looking for something a little more lively… this is probably the one.
Pizza Date Night – May 13
Same setup as April.
Which usually means it’s one of their better events… so they just keep running it.
Memorial Day Weekend – Grill at the Mill (May 23–25)
This is probably the busiest stretch they’ll have.
Grill going, live music, more people out there than usual.
If you’ve ever been when it’s packed… it’ll feel more like that.
What Most People Don’t Realize
If you just randomly go to the Olive Mill… there’s a good chance you’ll be like:
“Alright… that was fine.”
But if you go for something specific… or time it right… it’s a completely different experience.
That’s really the difference.
If You’re Local
Don’t try to do everything.
Just pick one:
-
a pizza night
-
a paint night
-
or a weekend with music
…and go into it knowing what it is.
That’s when it actually feels worth it.
